Flipping the model...

It used to be the best model of education was putting students in a class, having the teacher/professor lecture or cover the materials, and then sending the students home with 'home work'.

But we live in a world of infinite online lessons. Anything you could want to learn about is a short Google search away. So, find and curate the best lectures, and turn your classroom time into discussion and review of understanding (bring the homework into the class). Use social study groups to allow kids to collaborate on work, because that's what they'll do in the real world.

The good news, this is happening faster and faster. Which is good, because the world isn't slowing down.
